"I just wanted to drop you an email to really express how happy I am that I took your class. I married my husband and then a few months later had a reception. It was in those few months that he completely changed. He became quite possessive, abusive in every aspect, etc. I could list you everything he disliked about me from literally my head to my toes. I was completely messed up in the head and just was going with the flow. I continued on with the reception and tried to get excited about being completely dolled up for my wedding day; we had a 50s themed reception. I felt so pretty and was so excited for that day. Needless to say, I was given nothing but negative feedback on how I wasn't pretty enough. My [now] ex-husband always made fun of my teeth being too big so I always wear nude lipstick because I try to hide them. It sounds so stupid but I was so nervous even just putting on red lipstick yesterday because certain things still stick out in my head. Your class was wonderful though. Everyone was so helpful, positive and reassuring. It's such a great atmosphere there and that's something that you create by the way you are. You are extremely personable and are just really down-to-earth. After the nerves of posing subsided, [my friend] Jess and I went out afterwards for a drink and I just felt amazing. And I woke up still feeling good. Thanks to you I'm literally going out after work to pick up a set of hot rollers, foundation brush, fake lashes, liquid eyeliner and red lipstick :) I had kind of given up for a while so this is just what I needed. Lots of love! PS-I'm actually having fun practicing my posing!"
